THE INUKA FUND

INUKA means “rise” in Swahili. When women rise their communities flourish. Women face many barriers to educational and economic opportunities. The Inuka Fund supports programs dedicated to equipping and supporting women in Congo.

Here’s how we’re making an impact:

• Grief & Trauma Counseling – Providing emotional healing through Bethesda Counseling Center.
• University Education – Empowering women at UCBC to become future leaders.
• NYOTA Leadership Training – Preparing women to lead in their households, workplaces, and communities.
